Decades of Dedication to Health Care
After two decades of progressive health care leadership, Ms. Frigo launched SRF Consulting in 2024. The Chicago-based firm has gained recognition for delivering customized, full-service wound care solutions and strategic consulting services. Ms. Frigo provides clients access to advanced skin substitutes, mobile wound care programs and scalable growth strategies.
Before founding SRF Consulting, Ms. Frigo built her reputation across various roles. As the vice president of development at Premier Healthcare Management and Chestnut Health Company, she played pivotal roles in market expansions and strategic planning. Her earlier positions include regional director of physician development at Lexington Health Network and regional director of business development at Legacy Healthcare. Her first full-time role in skilled care was at Lee Manor, where she led sales and marketing from 2008 to 2013.
